To receive an electronic copy of a Raleigh Police Department Crash Report, please search using one of the following criteria. You do not have to enter all fields:

• REPORT NUMBER-If you have the report number, enter it in the format of letter P followed by 8 numbers only (for example: P10123456)
• DATE OF CRASH-Enter the date the crash occurred in the format of: M/D/YY
• DRIVER-Enter the last name of one of the drivers of the vehicles involved
• STREET-Enter the street name without suffix. For example, if you are searching for Capital Boulevard, you would enter CAPITAL
